If goods returned are found not faulty £2 fee for re-testing and shipping fee needs to be paid for goods to be sent back. If customer does not want replacement at this stage, re-stocking of 10% minimum £2 will be applied before refund. If goods are found to be faulty and no replacement is available, we will issue full refund. Replacement will be sent (at our expense) if goods found to be faulty and replacement available. We will re-test the items returned to us with valid RMA number. Goods sent back to us will NOT be accepted WITHOUT a valid RMA number. RMA number needs to be marked clearly on the parcel when returning goods back to us. If we cannot remedy, RMA ( Returns Authorization Number ) will be issued via e-mail. Please contact us via e-mail or phone within 90 days of purchase and we will try to help resolve any problems. Removing or tampering with security labels voids warranty.
